 Mark Kozma H&M
Mark A. Kozma
Senior Investigator

Mr. Kozma is the firm’s Senior Investigator and Case Manager. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kozma was a Florida State Trooper. During his twenty years of service as a State Trooper, Mr. Kozma was certified as an Accident Reconstruction Expert and obtained further Certifications in Traffic Homicide Investigation as well as numerous Police Certifications; awards and commendations for his exemplary service. Mark was also a sworn member of the Police Benevolent Association and the International Union of Police Associations throughout his law enforcement career.

Mr. Kozma retired from Law Enforcement with the rank of Sergeant . Currently Mr. Kozma specializes in the investigation and case management of serious personal injury and wrongful death matters. Mr. Kozma also supervises the firms field investigation division. Mr. Kozma has been associated with Managing Partner Howard Hughes and his practice of law since 2000.


Jason Clark
Jason (Jay) Clark

Jason Clark is a native Floridian, he is originally from West Palm Beach area and has lived and worked in several area of Florida. Prior to Jason’s twelve years of Law Enforcement, his experience also includes seven years of dispatching that involved interacting with the police, fire, EMS, and 911. All of Jason’s expertise that he learned from this previous work enables him to effectively market the services of Hughes & Martucci, P.A. today.

Paralegal/Office Manager

Brenda has twenty years of experience as a legal assistant/paralegal in both plaintiff and defense work. Brenda is one of four siblings who all reside in Palm Beach County. Brenda’s younger brother is a Palm Beach County firefighter.

Brenda is originally from Long Island, New York, but she now lives in West Palm Beach with her husband and three children who keep her very active.

Legal Secretary

Diana has worked with Hughes and Martucci, P.A. for over three years as a legal secretary. Diana also holds a Real Estate License. She is married to her husband, Wayne a retired firefight from the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, and her daughter is just graduated from fire and paramedic school in the Orlando, Florida area. Diana enjoys spending her spare time with her family and riding motorcycles.

Legal Assistant

 Kristine was born and raised in Miami, Florida, but detoured to Washington, D.C. for twenty years until coming back to the West Palm Beach area in 1997. Since Kristine’s return to Jupiter, she has worked in Human Resources and then focused her direction to the legal field where she has been a legal assistant for six years.Kristine is a single mother of two exceptional young men. Her oldest son is a Marine based at Camp LeJeune and he will soon be deployed to Okinawa. Her youngest son is a senior at Dreyfoos School of the Arts and he is looking forward to attending Savannah College of Art and Design in the Fall. Kristine is also an avid runner and yoga enthusiast who enjoys spending quiet time relaxing with a great book!

Legal Assistant/Technical Writer

Chelsea was born and raised in Jupiter Florida. She attended Jupiter High and graduated from University of South Florida with a degree in Technical Communication and New Media. Chelsea also minored in criminology and interned closely with the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s office. Chelsea speaks conversational Spanish.
