Mr. Howard Hughes and his law firm provided me with the utmost service after I was involved in a car accident back in November ’17. Mr. Hughes was the one directly speaking to me throughout my whole case, and was available whenever I needed him, which is rare, as most lawyers have their assistants do all the work. Of course I could go on and on about how they handled the case and how we came out on top of a life changing event but instead let me point out the little things that made the difference.

Jay Clark, the investigator, was fast to respond from the first call to all the way through the process. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in his actions. He kept updates with us each week and information that helped us understand everything easily.
Howard Hughes is probably one of the nicest men you would ever meet and was very easy to talk with. He would follow up with us and each time he called he would first ask my wife how she is feeling. He was more concerned with her health than anything else. He did not try to give us a bunch of legal speak as he instead informed us of different options we had and the possible outcomes. We felt an instant trust and a genuine concern from Mr. Hughes.

Although we would never want anyone to have an auto accident or be hurt but… Mr. Hughes, Mr. Clark, and the team are the trusted people to call. I still keep a few of their business cards in my wallet just in case I find myself talking to someone about my wife’s accident. I consider them not only my legal guardians but also some of my family.
