Mr. Hughes represents Plaintiffs only in personal injuryauto-related injury, injuries related to motorcycle, truck or bicycle accidents, wrongful death, products liability and premises liability cases. Mr. Hughes has an extensive background in these types of cases. Mr. Hughes previously worked for, represented and defended numerous insurance companies, prior to devoting his practice to the representation of victims of negligence. Mr. Hughes’ knowledgeable background in the insurance industry provides his clients with a competitive-edge regarding issues surrounding litigation, mediation, jury trial and settlement negotiations. Mr. Hughes brings strong personal integrity and a blue-collar work ethic to the practice of Law.

Mr. Hughes graduated from Michigan State University in 1983 and from Nova Southeastern University Law School with High Honors in 1995. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hughes was an All-Lines insurance adjuster and in claims management. Mr. Hughes has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1995. Mr. Hughes is also admitted in the State of Michigan and the U.S. District Courts, Southern District of Florida. Mr. Hughes is also a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
