Mr. Hughes has an extensive background in these types of cases. Mr. Hughes previously worked for, represented and defended numerous insurance companies, prior to devoting his practice to the representation of victims of negligence. Mr. Hughes graduated from Michigan State University in 1983 and from Nova Southeastern University Law School with High Honors in 1995. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hughes was an All-Lines insurance adjuster and in claims management. Mr. Hughes has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1995. Mr. Hughes is also admitted in the State of Michigan and the U.S. District Courts, Southern District of Florida. Mr. Hughes is also a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
